Warranty

Three-Year Free Warranty

Wizzisaunas provides a three-year free warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship. This includes protection against structural defects, manufacturing issues, and failures of electrical components such as heaters, control panels, and wiring when used under normal conditions.

Extended Warranty

After the initial three-year warranty, 1- and 2-year warranty extensions are available through SureBright. These plans continue coverage for repairs or replacements caused by material or workmanship defects, giving you added long-term confidence in the durability and performance of your sauna.

Not Covered

• Damage to glass components, unless documented as occurring during transportation
• Damage caused by misuse, neglect, accidents, or unauthorized modifications
• Normal wear, aging, and expected cosmetic changes
• Damage from environmental factors such as fire, flooding, or natural disasters
• Minor cracks from natural lumber expansion or shrinkage, which do not affect structural integrity

Warranty Claims

To file a warranty claim, email service@wizzisaunas.com with your order details and a description of the issue. Photos or video may be requested. Once verified, Wizzisaunas will arrange repair or replacement as applicable.

Glass Damage During Transportation

If glass arrives damaged, document all packaging and product photos and report the issue within 48 hours. Confirmed transit damage will be repaired or replaced. Claims must be submitted within one week of delivery to remain eligible.

Maintenance & Care

• Clean using non-corrosive cleaners; avoid harsh acids or bases
• Periodically inspect heaters, wiring, and control panels
• Ventilate the sauna after each use to reduce humidity buildup
• Expect minor lumber expansion or contraction as normal

Precautions

• Retain proof of purchase for all warranty service
• Avoid unauthorized repairs or alterations, which may void the warranty
• Use proper packaging and care during transportation

Additional Warranty Terms

• Warranty applies only to the original purchaser
• All warranty work must be performed by Wizzisaunas or an authorized representative
• Warranty excludes damage caused by carriers, installers, or improper installation
• Labor, transportation, or reinstallation costs are not covered
• Warranty valid only within the U.S., excluding PR, AK, HI, GU, AA, AE, and AP
